George runs a highly successful take away seafood
shop on Campbell Parade, Bondi, called Bondi Surf Seafoods.
It is a family business, established 26
years ago, which specialises in succulent fresh and cooked seafood.
They are also well-known for their deep-fried Mars Bars. George recounted
a time when a man from New York came directly from the airport to Bondi
Surf Seafoods, just to try one of these famous deep fried Mars Bars!
George loves the laid-back, beachside
atmosphere of Bondi and appreciates its nice close village feel. He
especially enjoys its blend of highflyers, backpackers, older generation
plus other visitors and locals of the area. He is looking forward to
move to Bondi in the near future.
